What is run time of the Backup power System?
The Backup Power System automatically provides power to your critical loads for several hours or days (depending upon the battery bank size) when utility power fails – that’s enough power to get through 95% of all power outages.
The necessary run time of your backup power system to consider is determined by your experience with power outages. We recommend the run time of your backup power system is not less than 24 hours.

A standard system is typically configured to provide backup power to an average home.
