Dr. Alexandre Pavlovski
P.Eng. , President and CEO
Dr. Pavlovski is a professional engineer with over 25 years of expertise in renewable energy field. He holds a Master of Science, Applied Physics, and a Ph.D., Power Conversion degree, and diplomas and certificates in Environmental Policy and Innovations Management. His professional career has taken him through several increasingly challenging research, academic and management positions. His engineering expertise has been focused on alternative/renewable energy applications: solar and wind power generation, and magnetohydrodynamic energy conversion. Today, Dr. Pavlovski serves as President and CEO of Green Power Labs Inc. Dr. Pavlovski also chairs the Energy Security Advisory Council of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, is a Board Member of the Canada Green Building Council – Atlantic Chapter, and a registered member of the Association of Energy Engineers.
Dr. Vladimir Kostylev
Vice President Research and Development
Dr. Kostylev has 24 years of experience in environmental research and integrated geomatics applications. He received his Ph.D. degree from Gothenburg University (Sweden). Dr. Kostylev has an extensive background in environmental assessment and GIS, linking physical and ecological modeling to digital mapping projects, and use of remote sensing technologies for automated capture and analysis of spatial data. Dr. Kostylev is adjunct professor at Dalhousie University School for Resource and Environmental Studies and a member of national and international committees on integrated environmental management and mapping.
Marlene Moore
Vice President Marketing
Ms. Moore has proven track record of accomplishments in marketing and marketing research, financial management, public relations and journalism. Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island. She has an extensive background and over 20 years of experience in public relations, business development and management as well as excellent business reputation.
Jim Fletcher
P.Eng., Chief Engineer
As a team leader, project manager and senior project engineer, Jim Fletcher has led or participated in the definition, development and implementation of a broad range of engineering projects. These have included physical condition assessments of buildings and civil infrastructure, the design and implementation of improvements to buildings, power plants and marine structures, and the structural design of commercial, institutional and industrial buildings, bridges and wharfs. Mr. Fletcher also has several years of experience in capital program management and operations management with Nova Scotia Power. Credentials include a Master’s degree in Applied Science from Dalhousie University, and active involvement in Engineers Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Chapter of Project Management Institute and the Canadian Green Building Council’s Atlantic Chapter.
